Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day interior site work.

- Manage carpenters, contractors, and labour teams.

- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and quality standards.

- Take accurate site measurements.

- Coordinate with the office, vendors, and project team.

- Plan daily work activities and monitor progress.

- Check material receipt, usage, and stock at site.

- Prepare daily progress reports with site photos and videos.

- Ensure safety rules and housekeeping are followed.

- Resolve site issues and report delays immediately.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior projects.

- Knowledge of interior execution and finishing work.

- Ability to read and understand drawings.

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email.





- Ability to prepare daily work reports.

- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Punctual, responsible, and disciplined.

- English communication is compulsory.

Education:

- 12th Pass or Graduation

- Diploma/Civil/Interior-related qualification will be an added advantage.
