Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and contracting activities at project locations. This role involves coordinating daily site operations, supervising skilled workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.

Supervisor monitors project progress, manages material deliveries and storage, and reports site status, issues, and requirements to project managers and other stakeholders.



The role also includes liaising with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve on-site challenges, support inspections, and ensure that timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of interior fit-out works, including carpentry, gypsum and partition systems, flooring, painting, polishing, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and basic civil works.
- Experience in site supervision, project coordination, and on-site quality control for commercial and corporate interior projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings, and implement them accurately on site.
- Understanding of construction safety standards, site safety practices, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple activities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with project documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field, with prior experience in interior site supervision preferred.
