Job Summary

We are looking for an Interior Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications, monitoring quality and progress, and coordinating with designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate interior site execution from start to completion.
- Study and understand working drawings, production drawings, layouts, elevations, and specifications.
- Ensure site work is executed accurately as per approved drawings and design.
- Coordinate with interior designers, production team, carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other contractors.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship during installation.
- Ensure proper installation of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, false ceilings, partitions, flooring, wall panels, doors, and other interior works.
- Coordinate material delivery, unloading, storage, and usage at the site.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Update the Project Manager/Project Coordinator regarding site progress, delays, material requirements, and technical issues.




- Coordinate with clients when required and maintain professional communication.
- Verify completed work and prepare snag/punch lists.
- Ensure all rectification and finishing works are completed properly.
- Monitor manpower and contractor productivity at the site.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the project site.
- Coordinate with the factory/production team for modifications, corrections, and site requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurements, work progress, material requirements, and site instructions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in interior site execution or fit-out projects.
- Good knowledge of interior construction and installation processes.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings.
- Good knowledge of measurements, levels, dimensions, and site execution.
- Knowledge of modular furniture and interior materials will be an advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities at a project site.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Proper coordination between site, design, production, and procurement teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
