? Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Interior Field

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs for interior projects
- Prepare and verify project estimates and costing
- Handle billing, measurement sheets, RA bills and material reconciliation
- Coordinate with site, design, purchase and project teams
- Verify quantities, rates and work completed at site
- Track project costs and ensure accurate billing

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Interior Industry
- Good knowledge of interior materials, measurements and estimation
- Strong understanding of BOQ, billing and quantity surveying
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related estimation tools preferred
