We are looking for an experienced Interior Execution Head to lead the execution of interior projects based on approved architectural and interior design drawings.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end interior execution across projects
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, project teams, contractors and vendors
- Plan manpower, materials and contractor deployment
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines
- Resolve execution-related technical issues and drawing discrepancies
- Evaluate and monitor contractor/vendor performance
- Conduct regular site reviews and ensure timely closure of snags
- Drive successful completion and handover of interior works

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Education

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
- Highrise Residential Building: 5 years (Required)
