Job Summary We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Fresher 3D Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will assist in creating high-quality 3D models, realistic texturing, lighting, and final renderings for our ongoing projects. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or self-taught artists looking to gain hands-on industry experience and build a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- 3D Modeling: Create high-quality 3D models (hard surface, organic, or architectural, depending on the niche) based on reference sketches, CAD files, or design briefs.
- Texturing & UV Unwrapping: Develop realistic materials and textures using PBR workflows and clean UV unwrapping layouts.
- Lighting & Rendering: Set up scene lighting, cameras, and composition to produce photorealistic or stylized final renders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers, project managers, and creative leads to iterate on design feedback.
- Asset Management: Organize, optimize, and maintain 3D asset libraries for productive pipeline workflows.
- File Optimization: Ensure 3D models have clean topology, proper scale, and optimized polygon counts.

Key Requirements & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Architecture,



or a related field (or equivalent self-taught portfolio).
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of at least one major 3D software suite:
- 3D Software: Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Rhino/SolidWorks.
- Render Engines: V-Ray, Arnold, Corona, Cycles, or Unreal Engine.
- Texturing & Editing: Adobe Photoshop, Substance 3D Painter, or Illustrator.
- Portfolio (Mandatory): A digital portfolio/demo reel showcasing academic, personal, or freelance 3D modeling and rendering projects.
- Core Skills: Understanding of scale, proportion, composition, lighting principles, and spatial awareness.
- Soft Skills: Willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, good communication, and ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

- Basic understanding of 2D drafting tools like AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects) for final render presentation.
- Basic knowledge of animation or rigging.
