Role Description This is a full-time Interior Design Sales role based in Gurgaon with a hybrid work model, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves consulting with prospective and existing clients to understand their design needs, budgets, and timelines, and presenting suitable interior solutions that align with Intaryaa’s turnkey approach. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering design proposals, coordinating space planning and furniture selections, and collaborating with the design and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

The Interior Design

Sales professional will conduct site visits, maintain accurate records of client interactions,



and follow up on leads to drive conversions and achieve sales targets. The role also requires providing ongoing customer service, managing expectations, and representing Intaryaa’s commitment to quality, compliance, and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing, ideally within interiors, real estate, or related industries.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships and managing client expectations professionally.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture selection and layouts, including materials, finishes, and ergonomics suited to residential and commercial spaces.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or a related field; familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp); strong communication and presentation skills; and the ability to work in a hybrid setting in Gurgaon.
- Prior experience in interior projects, site coordination, or project-based sales, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail, will be an advantage.
