Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Design Consultant role based in Thane.

The Interior Design

Consultant will meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget, and translate these requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing design concepts. Daily responsibilities include creating design proposals and mood boards, selecting materials, finishes, and furniture, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and overseeing implementation to ensure quality and alignment with the approved design. The role also involves guiding clients through product options, providing design recommendations, supporting sales discussions,



and maintaining excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

The Interior Design

Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and in line with company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively understand client needs and provide a positive, professional experience.
- Candidates should possess Interior Design expertise, including space planning, color theory, material selection, and an understanding of current design trends.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills and the ability to present and recommend design solutions and products that align with client requirements.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Furniture selection, layout, and styling to create cohesive and functional interiors.
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in residential interior projects or retail design consulting is an advantage.
