Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Interior & Furniture Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new business opportunities through field sales, property visits, networking, cold pitching, and relationship building with architects, contractors, builders, developers, and other industry professionals.

This is a field-based sales role requiring extensive local travel and direct interaction with prospective clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Lead Generation

- Visit ongoing construction sites, newly handed-over apartment complexes, and commercial properties to identify potential interior design opportunities.
- Conduct cold visits to property management offices, builders, real estate developers, and other potential sources of business.
- Pitch the company's interior and furniture services to prospective clients.
- Distribute company brochures, catalogues, and promotional materials to potential customers.

B2B Relationship & Network Building

- Build and maintain relationships with local architects, civil contractors, and site supervisors.
- Develop referral networks to generate qualified leads.
- Build partnerships with premium material vendors such as hardware, lighting, and flooring businesses for lead exchange.
- Represent the company at local real estate expos, trade shows, and networking events.

Client Handling & Coordination





- Conduct initial face-to-face meetings with prospective clients at their properties.
- Understand client requirements and identify potential project opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design team for site measurement visits.
- Collect initial site requirements and provide accurate briefing information to the internal design team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in outdoor sales or field marketing.
- Experience in real estate, building materials, interior, furniture, or décor will be relevant.
- Must have a valid driving licence.
- Must have personal transportation – two-wheeler or car.
- Good knowledge of local areas, upcoming residential developments, and commercial hubs.
- Robust spoken communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle extensive daily field travel.
- Comfortable with cold calling, cold visits, pitching, and handling rejection.
- Languages required: Hindi, English, and Bengali.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
