Role Description This is an on-site interior design internship role based in Gurugram. The intern will support the design team in conceptualizing and developing interiors for boutique properties, including guest rooms, common areas, and event spaces. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with mood boards and design presentations, sourcing materials and furnishings, coordinating with vendors, and helping maintain design documentation and layouts.

The role involves conducting site visits, capturing measurements, and supporting implementation to ensure design concepts are executed consistently across properties.



The internship offers exposure to hospitality-focused design, brand-aligned aesthetics, and practical project work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational interior design skills, including space planning, color and material selection, and basic knowledge of furniture and lighting design.
- Candidates should possess skills in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software, along with proficiency in presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe tools).
- Candidates should possess strong visual communication skills, including the ability to create mood boards, concept sketches, and clear design documentation.
- Candidates should possess organizational and project support skills, such as time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and site staff.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for hospitality and boutique spaces, with a willingness to learn on-site and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Gurugram for the duration of the internship.
