This is not an RPA Developer role. It's a Product/Program Lead for Intelligent Automation who can bridge business and technology while driving enterprise-wide automation strategy and value realization.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have Experience

1. Intelligent Automation (Highest Priority)

Candidates should have 5+ years implementing enterprise automation solutions using platforms such as:
- UiPath
- Automation Anywhere
- Blue Prism
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Microsoft Copilot
- AI-powered automation
- They don't need experience with every platform, but should be strong in at least one or two.

1. AI & Generative AI Experience

Looking for someone who has applied AI to business processes, such as:
- Generative AI
- Chatbots
- Microsoft Copilot
- Agentic AI
- Intelligent Document Processing
- OCR / Text Extraction
- Sentiment Analysis
- AI-assisted workflows
- They don't need to build AI models—they need to understand how to use AI to improve business processes.

1. Automation Program Leadership

This person should have led automation initiatives from beginning to end, including:
- Opportunity identification
- Process assessments
- Business case development
- Solution design
- Development oversight
- UAT
- Deployment
- Perks realization

1. Business Process Improvement

Strong experience with:
- Process Mapping
- Process Reengineering
- Lean
- Six Sigma (nice to have)
- BPM
- Process Mining
- Task Mining




- They should know how to identify automation opportunities—not just automate existing processes.

This is a highly visible role.

Candidates should have experience

- Working with executives
