Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert guidance on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day often includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping out customer journeys, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives.

The Integration

Engineer ensures that the solutions implemented effectively meet the evolving needs of the business while maintaining seamless integration across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions align with overall project goals.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business intelligence tools and data sources.
- Familiarity with database concepts and query languages to support data extraction and reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
