Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary

As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves providing consultative services that bridge business needs with system integration solutions. This role requires engaging with clients to understand their requirements and translating these into effective technology strategies. The day includes driving discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping customer journeys, and collaborating on functional and application designs.

The Integration

Engineer ensures that both technology and business solutions align closely with client expectations, facilitating seamless implementation and integration across various platforms and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.




- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration, SAP SLO Upgrades & Migrations.
- Strong knowledge of system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP system issues to ensure high availability and performance.
- Familiarity with database management and operating system integration related to SAP Basis.
- Ability to manage system upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal disruption to business operations.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
