Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales – US Market role based in Chandigarh. The individual in this role will focus on selling insurance products to clients in the US, assessing coverage needs, and recommending suitable policies across health and other insurance lines. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, providing detailed product information, preparing quotes, and supporting customers through the application and onboarding process.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams and insurance brokers,



maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant insurance guidelines. The position requires robust customer service skills, consistent follow-up, and a results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.

What we're looking for:

- 2–5 years of experience in Insurance Sales / Insurance Broking / B2B Sales / Business Development
- Experience in General Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Motor Insurance or Insurance Broking will be preferred
- Strong experience in lead generation, follow-ups and sales conversion
- Proven ability to achieve monthly sales KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a US shift
- Candidates with US Insurance, US Trucking or US-market sales experience will have an added advantage
