Job Responsibility :-

- Handle end-to-end insurance claim process for employees, company assets, vehicles, plant & machinery, etc.

- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, surveyors and employees.

- Collect and verify all required claim documents and supporting records.

- Register claims and ensure timely submission and follow-up.

- Track claim status and coordinate for approval and settlement.

- Verify claim eligibility, policy coverage, exclusions and required documents.

- Handle employee medical/accident insurance claims and provide necessary assistance.

- Coordinate with management and concerned departments for claim-related information.

- Maintain claim records, MIS, settlement details and pending claims.





- Resolve claim-related queries and discrepancies with insurers/TPAs.

- Follow up on rejected, pending and disputed claims.

- Ensure compliance with insurance policy terms and company procedures.
