Role Description The Insurance Financial Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faizabad. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their financial goals and risk profile, and recommend appropriate life insurance, protection, and savings solutions aligned with their needs.

Daily responsibilities include conducting financial needs assessments, explaining product features and benefits, supporting clients with policy applications and documentation, and maintaining accurate records of consultations and sales activities. The role also involves ongoing portfolio review, policy servicing support,



and collaboration with branch and distribution teams to achieve business targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. The consultant is expected to stay updated on company products, regulatory guidelines, and market developments to provide informed financial guidance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills to assess client needs and design long-term insurance and savings strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Investments and Finance knowledge to explain product options, returns, risks, and tax implications clearly.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client data, evaluate financial scenarios, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Relevant experience in insurance, banking, or financial services, preferably in a client-facing advisory or sales role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex financial concepts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
