Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PLC & HMI Programmer with hands-on experience in Siemens, ZOHO IOT, Redlion, and Exor platforms. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and commission automation solutions, focusing heavily on industrial machinery and production systems.

Key Responsibilities

- PLC Programming: Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, and S7-1500 series).
- HMI/SCADA Design: Configure and design HMI/SCADA applications using Siemens, Crimson, WinCC, CODESYS, and Exor JMobile / Studio.
- System Testing & Support: Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, and on-site commissioning of automation systems.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with electrical design and mechanical teams to seamlessly integrate automation software and hardware.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate software errors promptly and implement strategic improvements in PLC/HMI logic.
- Electrical Schematics: Draft electrical schematic circuits and prepare detailed Electrical Drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) for upgradations and engineering projects.
- Maintenance: Maintain and optimize existing PLC/HMI systems to upgrade machine performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: B.E.



/ B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE).
- Core Engineering Knowledge: Strong baseline in Instrument and Controls Engineering practices, control theory, and industrial automation procedures.
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in C++/Java, C structures, and Industry 4.0 functions.
- Communication Protocols: Solid understanding of industrial protocols like Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, SCIP, and CAN.
- Software Tools: Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Exor HMI JMobile Studio, SCADA, IOT dashboards, and automation products from Eurotherm and Watlow.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
