Instrumentation / Analyser & DCS Engineer

Department: E&M; – Instrumentation / Control Systems

Location: Nagothane, Maharashtra – Manufacturing / Petrochemical Site

Experience

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Instrumentation, DCS, Process Analysers or Control Systems.
- Experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical, Polyester or similar process industries will be preferred.

Qualification

- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electronics, or related field.
- Candidates with robust relevant industry experience may also be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Engineer / Technician to handle the maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and commissioning of DCS, ESD and Process Analyser systems.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with ABB 800xA DCS, Process Analysers and Gas Chromatographs (GC).

The candidate should also have good knowledge of instrumentation maintenance, problem solving, documentation and safety procedures.

Process Analysers & Gas Chromatographs

- Carry out regular maintenance and breakdown maintenance of Process Analysers.




- Perform calibration and functional checks.
- Find and solve analyser problems related to hardware, electronics, sampling and measurement.
- Work on Gas Chromatographs (GC) and other process analysers.
- Experience with the following analysers will be an advantage:
- ABB 833 / PGC 2000 / PGC 5000
- Siemens Maxim 2
- Foxboro 931C
- Fluid Data Excel V
- Emerson pH, Conductivity & DO
- Hach Sodium & Silica Analysers
- Panametrics Moisture ML2T
- Ametek Moisture TE3010
- Emerson Stack Oxygen / Oxytech 4000
- Emerson Density Analysers
- Servomex Oxygen Analysers
- ABB EL3060 / PIR 3502
- Emerson IR and Hydrocarbon Analysers
- Assit with installation, replacement, commissioning and troubleshooting of analyser systems.

Preferred Industry Experience

- Oil & Gas; Refinery, Petrochemical, Chemical

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and technical skills

Overtime: Paid separately, if applicable

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
