- Program Design: Conceptualize, design, and deliver targeted teacher training modules built to enhance immediate day-to-day classroom effectiveness.
- Content Creation: Develop curriculum-aligned, comprehensive lesson plans and interactive resource materials tailored to institutional benchmarks.
- Academic Support: Provide continuous, structured academic support, guidance, and professional mentoring frameworks to field teachers.
- Methodology Upgrades: Rigorously evaluate language proficiency levels and introduce improvements to existing teaching methods and pedagogy.
- Performance Metrics: Regularly monitor, assess, and benchmark performance metrics for both students and participating teachers.
- Educational Innovation: Proactively track and integrate contemporary educational trends, global language tools, and progressive training methodologies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED CANDIDATE SKILLS
- Education Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Arts with a strong specialization track in

English Literature or Linguistics (BA, MA).
