Primary Purpose of the Job The purpose of the Instructional Design Manager role is to drive the creation of engaging, high-quality learning experiences that align with educational goals and user needs. This role involves overseeing the design and development of instructional content, frameworks, and methodologies, ensuring alignment with pedagogical best practices and innovative learning approaches.

The Instructional Design

Manager collaborates with subject matter experts, content developers, and stakeholders to craft curriculum that enhances learning effectiveness, supports diverse learning styles, and leverages technology for impactful delivery.



The role also includes leading a team of instructional designers, providing guidance on design standards, and continuously refining the instructional design process to optimize learner outcomes.

Research, explore and implement world-class video production and postproduction practices.

Participate in video production to ensure high quality video output in-

house and vendor-based.

Review video output based on inputs given during the scripting and storyboarding stage.

Guide and mentor a team of Instructional Designers to close error-free, high quality and engaging learning videos

Syncing up with the tech and product teams for regular insights on the user experience - what worked and what did not; and providing data-driven inputs to improve the content

Qualification in Instructional Design is a must

8-10 years experience as Instructional Designer/Team Lead Instructional Design in an edtech company
