About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Team Lead to lead and drive our inside sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, proven team-handling skills, and the ability to consistently achieve revenue and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the Inside Sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Drive new customer acquisition through inbound and outbound sales channels.

Generate and manage sales opportunities from leads, website inquiries, campaigns, an d other sources.

Monitor team performance, conversion ratios, pipeline, calls, meetings, and revenue.

Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance improvement sessions for team members.

Develop sales strategies to improve conversion and overall team productivity.





Ensure proper follow-up and timely closure of sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting through CRM.

Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical teams for smooth customer onboarding and closure.

Prepare and share regular sales performance reports with management.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience, with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Team Lead/Team Leader.

Strong experience in B2B/direct sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.

Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting.

Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.

Candidates with experience in IT, Cloud, SaaS, or Technology Sales will be preferred.
