Role Description The Inside Sales Intern role at Cornixe is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The intern will engage with prospective learners and partners through calls, emails, and messaging platforms to understand their needs and present suitable Cornixe programs. Daily tasks include lead generation, follow-ups, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and supporting the sales team in achieving enrollment and revenue targets.

The intern will handle inquiries, provide clear and timely information, and contribute to a positive customer experience.



Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to refine outreach strategies and share feedback from prospective customers is also part of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective learners and partners.
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to explain offerings effectively.
- Candidates should have basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, and comfort working with spreadsheets and online communication platforms.
- Candidates should demonstrate a results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields are preferred; prior internship or project experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
