Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Executive role based in Lucknow.

The Inside Sales

Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers by presenting suitable health-related products and services. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a structured sales pipeline, following up on leads, preparing basic quotations or proposals, and updating customer information in the CRM or internal systems. The role involves coordinating with customer service and other internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and post-sale support.

Executive is expected to meet individual and team sales targets while providing qualified and empathetic communication to all customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including experience with outbound calling and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, address queries, and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including negotiation, closing techniques, and target-driven execution.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical products sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum educational qualification such as a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
