Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell our subscription-based tender information services to domestic and international B2B clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
- Promote and sell subscription plans for the TendersOnTime platform.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable subscription packages.

*Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors.

Required Qualifications





- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate (any discipline).
- 6 months of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, or B2B Sales/ Freshers can also apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in SaaS, subscription sales, B2B sales, government tenders, GeM, or procurement services.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
