– Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing sales and administrative support, coordinating with clients and internal departments, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle sales enquiries, bookings, quotations, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain client records, sales MIS, and daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B;, Banquets, Finance, and other departments.
- Respond to client queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Assist the sales team with meetings, appointments, presentations, and documentation.
- Track sales leads, bookings, and business opportunities.

Required Skills:





- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales/support/customer service.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/PMS software.
- Excellent communication, coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
