Role & responsibilities

- Assist in the setup and operation of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

- Support process optimization to improve cycle time, product quality, and reduce scrap rates.

- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of mold tools, machines, and robots.

- Monitor production performance and conduct root cause analysis for defects or downtime.

- Maintain documentation including process sheets, setup instructions, and maintenance logs.

- Collaborate with quality and tooling teams to ensure products meet specifications.

- Participate in new mold trials, process validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and manufacturing protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

- DPT, PG-PPT,DPMT from CIPET

- 1-4 years of experience in injection molding or plastics processing preferred.

- Basic understanding of injection molding machines, materials, and tooling.

- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.

- Positive problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
