We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Infra Engineer (Trainee) to join our infrastructure and IT operations team. The selected candidate will receive practical exposure to Linux system administration, server monitoring, infrastructure security, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT operations.

This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Linux administration, system administration, cloud infrastructure, and IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with Linux operating system administration and maintenance.
- Support server monitoring, system health checks, and performance analysis.
- Assist in user account, access permission, and security management.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic system, network, and server issues.
- Support system updates, patches, backups, and configuration activities.
- Follow infrastructure security practices and organizational IT policies.
- Maintain technical documentation, checklists, and operational records.
- Coordinate with senior infrastructure and technical team members for issue resolution.
- Learn and apply standard procedures for system administration and infrastructure support.
- Perform any other infrastructure-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Key Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Linux operating system administration and security.
- Basic understanding of users, groups, file permissions, processes, services, logs,



and system commands.
- Familiarity with basic networking concepts such as IP addresses, DNS, ports, and protocols.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to learn current technologies and work in a technical support environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Preference may be given to candidates who have completed Linux or System Administration training from a recognised training institute.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed any of the following:

- MCA.
- BCA.
- B.Sc. Computer Science.
- B.Sc. Information Technology.
- B.Tech.

Training and Probation Structure
- The selected candidate will undergo a 6-month trainee period.
- Based on performance, learning ability, attendance, conduct, and overall suitability, the candidate may be placed on a 6-month probation period.
- Continued employment after probation will be subject to performance evaluation and company requirements.
