Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and technology hiring , with strong sourcing, screening, candidate coordination, and communication skills.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment and managing multiple technology hiring requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates across multiple technology domains.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, location, availability, and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple IT hiring requirements simultaneously and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview status, and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles with hiring managers or clients.
- Negotiate compensation, notice period, availability, and other hiring-related requirements when required.
- Follow up on offers and support candidates through the joining process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.




- Develop and maintain candidate relationships for current and future hiring requirements.
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Stay updated on technology trends, talent availability, and market hiring practices.

- Ability to understand technical requirements and match candidates to job specifications.
- Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM, and recruitment databases.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in IT staffing, recruitment agencies, consulting, or technology services is preferred.
- Experience handling bulk or multiple technology hiring requirements is an advantage.
