Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring smooth operation of computers, networks, software, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Install and maintain computers, printers, networking equipment, and software.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic cybersecurity.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Monitor network connectivity and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.
- Perform regular data backup and system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft are a plus.
Experience
- 1–3 years in IT support/helpdesk.
- Manufacturing/plant IT experience preferred.
