Job Title: Infor LN (Baan V) - Development & Support

Experience: 6–10 Years

Location: Pune / Chennai / Bangalore / Coimbatore

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Infor LN (Baan V) and Infor OS (ION Desk, IDM, ION API).
- Install, configure, patch, and upgrade LN/Baan environments.
- Manage user access, security, system performance, and troubleshooting.
- Support LNUI, DEM, Job Management, Device Management, and Audit Management.
- Develop and troubleshoot integrations using ION and C4WS .
- Perform production-to-test data refresh and support DR/LDR activities.
- Create automation scripts using Shell, Python, PowerShell, Perl, or Ansible .
- Collaborate with Linux, Oracle DBA, and Infrastructure teams.
- Support batch jobs, Infor Barcode, and licensing (SLM).

Required Skills
- 6–10 years of Infor LN (Baan V) Administration experience.
- Solid knowledge of Infor OS, ION, IDM, LNUI , and SQL.
- Experience with AWS , Shell/Ansible scripting, and cloud fundamentals.
- Understanding of networking, load balancing, and ELK Stack (preferred).
- Experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler and Jenkins is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and production support skills.
