We do Influencer Marketing, UGC, Social Media, Creative Campaigns & more for brands across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, wellness, D2C and beyond.

We're into good creators, crazy ideas, scroll-stopping content and campaigns people actually remember.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Basically, you'll be living in the creator economy.

- Find creators before everyone else does ?
- Research influencers across Instagram & other platforms
- Reach out to creators for paid & barter collaborations
- Negotiate, follow up and coordinate with creators
- Help build creator lists for different brand campaigns
- Coordinate briefs, content submissions & deadlines
- Keep track of campaigns from “Hey, are you interested?” → “Content is live!”
- Stay updated with trending Reels, sounds, formats & creators
- Help the team brainstorm creator-led campaign ideas
- Work on actual campaigns for actual brands — not just make spreadsheets all day

- You know creators beyond the ones with 1M+ followers
- You can spot a good Reel before it blows up




- You're naturally curious about why some content works and some doesn't
- You're good at talking to people and following up without being awkward
- You can multitask without losing your mind
- You take initiative instead of waiting for someone to tell you what to do
- You're hungry to learn how the influencer marketing industry actually works

Prior influencer marketing experience? Cool. No experience? Also cool.

We care more about your energy, curiosity and ability to get shit done.
