-Data Scouting: Find, evaluate, and reach out to relevant creators across Instagram, YouTube, etc.

-Influencer Management: Negotiate, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with influencers.

-Campaign Coordination: Share briefs, manage timelines, track deliverables, and handle approvals.

-Content Collaboration: Work with influencers to create authentic content and repurpose it for ads, social, and e-commerce.

-Performance Tracking: Monitor reach, engagement, conversions, and share transparent insights.

-Trend Research: Stay updated on creator trends, competitor moves, and new platforms.

Requirements





- 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing
- Proven experience handling end-to-end campaign execution
- Exposure to working with international/US-based creators is a plus
