Role Description The Influencer Marketing Associate role at RideX is a full-time, in-office position based in Panipat. The associate will support end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including identifying and evaluating tech-focused creators, managing outreach, and coordinating collaborations between influencers and brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining communication with creators, tracking campaign performance, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet brand and company standards.

The role also involves assisting with social media activities, supporting sales and partnership efforts, and contributing to public relations initiatives that strengthen RideX’s presence in the tech influencer ecosystem.



This position requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient processes and consistent campaign quality.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing, with an understanding of creator ecosystems in the tech space.
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing, including platforms, content formats, and basic analytics.
- Foundational Public Relations skills to support brand reputation, outreach, and media or community engagement.
- Basic Sales skills or aptitude to assist with pitches, negotiations, and partnership development.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Panipat, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; familiarity with influencer marketing or social media management platforms is a plus.
- Interest in the tech industry and content creation, with a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on digital trends.
