Role Description The Influencer Marketing Associate role at MyWall is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the associate will identify and onboard relevant creators, nurture relationships with influencers, and support end-to-end campaign execution.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating brand collaborations, managing communication between creators and internal teams, and tracking campaign performance using platform analytics. The associate will help research new influencer segments, support social media initiatives,



and contribute to strategy documents and reports. This role also involves maintaining accurate records of campaigns, preparing updates for stakeholders, and supporting continuous optimization of influencer marketing efforts.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills for managing influencer and brand relationships.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills for planning and executing creator-led campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills for securing partnerships and optimizing collaboration terms.
- Relevant skills such as basic data analysis, campaign reporting, and familiarity with influencer/creator platforms are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced startup setting.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships is an advantage.
