Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior projects. This role includes coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring work quality and progress, and ensuring designs are implemented according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.

The Interior Site

Supervisor will conduct regular site inspections, manage materials and inventory on site, and address issues or changes in coordination with the design team and clients. The role also involves enforcing safety standards, maintaining site documentation and reports, and supporting smooth handover of completed spaces.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of interior design implementation,



including reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings.
- Experience in site supervision for interior projects, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software).
- Understanding of construction materials, finishes, and installation techniques relevant to interior fit-outs.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with design teams and interact with clients on-site.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving site-level issues.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time basis and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant site experience is highly valued.
