- Surveillance: Track hospital-acquired infections (HAIs) and review lab culture reports daily.
- Protocol Enforcement: Monitor hand hygiene, isolation procedures, and equipment sterilization.
- Staff Education: Teach safety guidelines, correct improper practices, and train new hires.
- Outbreak Investigation: Trace infection sources and coordinate containment steps during outbreaks.
- Compliance: Ensure facility alignment with health standards like NABH or CDC guidelines.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL
- License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of clinical or acute care nursing experience.
- Certification: Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is often preferred or required over time.
- Skills: Solid analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
