Role Description The Industrial Psychologist at Lyfsmile will apply psychological principles to improve workplace well-being, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting assessments and surveys, analyzing data related to employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity, and designing evidence-based interventions.
The role involves collaborating with leadership to develop policies, training programs, and organizational development initiatives that support mental health and a positive work culture.
The Industrial
Psychologist will also provide individual and group consultations, create reports and presentations, and contribute to research and continuous improvement of Lyfsmile’s services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in industrial/organizational psychology, including assessment, job analysis, organizational behavior, and employee relations.
- Experience with psychological testing, survey design, data analysis, and interpretation of metrics related to workplace well-being and performance.
- Skills in designing and implementing training, coaching, and development programs to enhance leadership, teamwork, and communication.
- Proficiency in applying evidence-based psychotherapy or counseling approaches in organizational settings, with a focus on stress management and resilience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and interact effectively with diverse cultural and qualified backgrounds.
- Master’s degree or higher in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a closely related field; relevant certifications in assessment or organizational development are an advantage.
- Prior experience in corporate, consulting, or mental health organizations is preferred, particularly in roles involving organizational diagnostics and interventions.
