Role Description The Industrial Engineering Intern will work full time in a remote capacity, supporting the optimization of PInterview’s processes, workflows, and user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing operational data, identifying process bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to enhance platform efficiency and quality of service.

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes, develop standard operating procedures, and support implementation of lean and productivity initiatives.



The role also involves assisting in designing training materials and guidelines for interviewers and internal stakeholders, contributing to continuous improvement projects, and preparing clear reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Industrial Engineering principles, including process optimization and systems analysis.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision making.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of Training concepts and methods, with interest in developing or improving training materials and processes.
- Exposure to Manufacturing or service operations, lean practices, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools; experience with basic statistical methods is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate across distributed teams.
