BlitzenX | Hyderabad, India | Full time BlitzenX is looking for high-performance India Domestic IT Recruiters to join our growing talent acquisition team.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle from requirement to joining , with a strong focus on sourcing, candidate engagement, interview management, and closures.

What You'll Do

- Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and direct sourcing.
- Understand technical requirements and identify qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates and manage the interview process.
- Drive offers, negotiations, follow-ups, and joining.
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines.
- Work closely with delivery and workforce teams to close requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and daily pipeline updates.

What We're Looking For





- 2–5 years of India Domestic IT Recruitment experience
- Proven experience hiring technology professionals in the Indian market.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Boolean search, and direct sourcing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work against aggressive timelines.
- High ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
