Role Description

The Independent Referral Partner role at INCAZ PAYROLL is a commission-based position focused on identifying and referring potential business clients to the Incaz Payroll platform. This is an on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India, involving regular visits to factories, retail shops, and SMEs to introduce the solution and explain its benefits. Day-to-day activities include networking with local business owners, presenting product features, gathering basic client requirements, and coordinating introductions to the Incaz Payroll sales or onboarding team.

and provides transparent, timely information to ensure a smooth handover of prospects. The role requires proactive outreach, local market awareness, and consistent reporting on referral activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain product benefits and build trust with business owners.

- Candidates should possess familiarity with Insurance and related administrative processes to understand business compliance and risk considerations.

- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Medical Terminology and Prior Authorization processes if engaging with healthcare-related SMEs or organizations.

- Candidates should possess local market knowledge in Tamil Nadu, India, with the ability to conduct in-person outreach and relationship-building.

- Candidates should possess a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently on a commission-based structure.

- Candidates should possess basic digital literacy to use CRM tools, messaging apps, and online documentation; prior experience in B2B sales, referrals, or business development is an advantage.
