Description: Senior Java Backend Developer

- Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications using Java/J2EE and Spring Boot.
- Build RESTful APIs and micro-services.
- Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka.
- Optimize application performance, multithreading, and database queries.
- Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas and optimize SQL performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
- Strong knowledge of Multithreading and Concurrency
- Expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL optimization,



and database design
- Experience building highly scalable, distributed micro-services
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, Design Patterns, and OOP
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD is a plus

Preferred

- Experience with Redis, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and performance tuning.
- Robust problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.
