Inbound & Outbound Telecaller

Chennai, Tamil Nadu

We are hiring a customer-oriented Inbound & Outbound Telecaller to manage client inquiries, qualify incoming leads, and maintain scheduling. You will handle customer queries, conduct outreach to prospective clients, profile project requirements, and utilize CRM software to coordinate details. Female candidates with strong communication fluency and prior experience in the interior design sector are highly preferred.

Requirements

- Female candidates preferred.
- Strong fluency in Tamil and English; knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in the Interior Design, real estate, or construction industry is an added advantage.
- Should know how to work with CRM systems, generate daily/weekly reports, and manage professional client handling.

Responsibilities





- Manage incoming client calls and perform outbound outreach to qualify potential design leads.
- Understand client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines to coordinate consultations.
- Log all call details, client notes, and status updates accurately in the company CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to schedule online and site consultations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly performance reports summarizing outreach efforts and leads qualified.
