- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmacy store/inventory management
Skills Required:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (stock tracking, reporting, reconciliation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy store operations
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels
- Handle procurement, stock indenting, and vendor coordination
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Prepare stock reports and reconciliation using Excel
- Coordinate with pharmacy and procurement teams to ensure smooth supply chain
