Are you someone who can keep shipments moving smoothly from vessel arrival to final delivery ? ??

Vista Lines (P) Ltd is looking for an Import Documentation Staff to join our growing logistics team in Chennai .

? Position: Import Documentation Staff

? Location: Chennai

? Experience: 2–4 years in Import / Shipping Documentation

What you’ll be handling

? Import documentation & shipment coordination

? Shipping line / CHA coordination

? Bill of Lading, Delivery Order & related documents

? Coordination for customs clearance

? Tracking vessel arrivals, containers & delivery status

? Coordination with customers, agents and internal teams

? Maintaining accurate shipment records and reports

What we’re looking for

✅ Valuable knowledge of import procedures and shipping documentation





✅ Strong coordination and communication skills

✅ Good command of MS Excel & MS Office

✅ Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments

✅ Prior experience in freight forwarding / NVOCC / shipping will be an advantage
