All solutions are built to regulatory standards set by SEBI, RBI, and India's evolving data protection framework. The company operates with a 90-person team and is deeply integrated into India's identity infrastructure.

Position Overview

This role owns the full implementation lifecycle for the company's enterprise products — from environment readiness through UAT, production go-live, and post-production stabilization — across on-premise, private-cloud, and customer-managed cloud environments. The engineer works directly with customer infrastructure, security, database, networking, and application teams, serving as the technical bridge between the company's platform and complex enterprise deployments. Success is measured by the ability to independently drive implementations end-to-end with minimal escalation.

Role & Responsibilities

- Deploy and configure the company's enterprise products across on-premise, private-cloud, and customer-managed cloud environments, owning the full stack from compute and storage to DNS, firewalls, load balancers, and TLS certificates.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, Docker Swarm, or ECS.




- Configure and troubleshoot REST APIs, TLS/MTLS, proxies, IP whitelisting, VPN/private connectivity, and authentication mechanisms across customer environments.
- Integrate the company's platform with customer applications, databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle), APIs, data sources, and external enterprise systems.
- Coordinate security configuration including KMS/HSM setup, secret management, encryption at rest/in transit, access controls, and key rotation procedures.
- Set up application monitoring, health checks, logging pipelines, alerting, and SIEM integrations to ensure production observability.
- Produce and maintain implementation artifacts — architecture diagrams, environment checklists, runbooks, and operational handover documentation — for each customer deployment.

Must Have Criteria

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or infrastructure roles involving enterprise customer deployments.
- Proven experience deploying containerized applications using Docker and at least one orchestration layer — Kubernetes/Helm, Docker Swarm, or ECS.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, TLS/MTLS, certificate management, proxies, and network-level troubleshooting (firewalls, IP whitelisting, VPN/private connectivity).
- Hands-on experience with enterprise relational databases — PostgreSQL, MySQL,



or Oracle — including configuration and integration.
- Experience owning workplace readiness end-to-end: compute, storage, networking, DNS, load balancers, and access prerequisites in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across both application and infrastructure layers independently, working directly with customer technical teams.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience deploying or integrating Privacy, Data Governance, Data Discovery/DSPM, Consent Management, or Data Protection platforms.
- Exposure to KYC/CKYC, identity verification, eSign, onboarding workflows, or other regulated digital identity solutions.
- Familiarity with DPDP, PII classification, consent management, purpose limitation, or data-principal rights in enterprise/BFSI contexts.
- Exposure to KMS/HSM, SIEM/observability tooling, high-availability deployments, or database migrations.
- Experience engaging directly with customer InfoSec, compliance, and infrastructure teams during enterprise implementations in regulated industries.
