Role Description The Immigration Consultant will provide professional advisory services to clients seeking study, work, or investment-based immigration options, primarily for destinations such as Canada and Australia. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves conducting detailed eligibility assessments, calculating immigration scores, and advising on suitable programs and provinces.

The consultant will manage cases from initial inquiry to application submission, including documentation review, preparation of forms, and coordination with relevant authorities or partner organizations.



Daily responsibilities include client consultations (in person, phone, and online), maintaining accurate case records, monitoring policy and regulatory updates, and communicating timelines, requirements, and next steps clearly to clients. The role also includes collaborating with internal team members, participating in outreach activities, and supporting continuous improvement of consulting processes and client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration practices.
- Candidates should possess experience with Visas and practical understanding of related procedures.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Law, particularly immigration and regulatory frameworks.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including client advisory, case handling, and solution-focused communication.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in forms and case files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or international education is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, international relations, or a related field is preferred.
