Key Responsibilities
- Prepare procurement plans and Bill of Materials (BOM) with the technical team.
- Source and evaluate vendors for solar equipment (modules, inverters, structures, cables, transformers).
- Obtain quotations, compare proposals, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Issue and track purchase orders and supplier contracts.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor database.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
