We are Hiring for Domestic IT Recruiter at Sunrise Biztech Systems (Manyata Tech Park), Bangalore.

Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, KA INDIA (Onsite Only)

Experience: 1-3yrs

Roles & Responsibilities

•End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for C2H positions Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards (e.g. Monster, Naukri, Indeed), internal databases, LinkedIn, and referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.

- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and interest in C2H opportunities. Client Coordination:
- Submit qualified profiles to clients, schedule interviews, and provide feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment metrics using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree any.
- 13 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in C2H or contract staffing.
- Familiarity with technologies and roles in software development, infrastructure, QA,



cloud, data analytics, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
