Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site HR role based in ANdheri West, with a focus on performance management, appraisals, and talent management. The role involves designing and implementing performance evaluation frameworks, coordinating appraisal cycles, and ensuring fair and consistent application of policies across the organization.

The HR professional will collaborate with department heads to define KPIs,



track employee performance, and support succession planning and talent development initiatives. Daily responsibilities include maintaining HR records, supporting employee queries, updating HR policies in alignment with business needs, and preparing reports and dashboards for leadership.

The role also includes contributing to employee engagement activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting recruitment where needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a graduation plus a management education in HR
- Shall be energetic, persuasive, good in communication. Must have experience of working with various stakeholders.
- Relevant skills such as knowledge of performance management systems, talent management frameworks, and appraisal methodologies are beneficial.
- Additional qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and experience in real estate or construction industry HR will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, along with proficiency in HRIS or HR software, are preferred.
