IGCSE French Mentor

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience tutoring students for IGCSE French, with in-depth knowledge of the curriculum, syllabus content, and exam patterns.

Create customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, proficiency levels, and learning styles.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and adjusting teaching methods as necessary.

Help students build strong foundations in French grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

Develop and deliver engaging, interactive lessons that build oral fluency and confidence in the language.

Create subject-specific mock test papers and practice materials tailored to IGCSE curriculum requirements for effective student assessment.

Assist students with exam preparation (including oral/speaking assessments), assignments,



and coursework/projects.

Track and report on students' academic performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

Degree in French language/literature, Modern Languages, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

At least 2 years of experience teaching IGCSE French students.

Robust understanding of the curriculum and examination patterns of Cambridge/Edexcel IGCSE French.

Fluency in French (native or near-native proficiency); strong command of English for instruction.

Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
